When using a safety device for an extended period of time, the label can fall off or become illegible. But the IBEDA original can be clearly identified.
The flashback arrestor on the left is an IBEDA which is correctly marked according to standard EN730-1 and has full product liability. If there is a similar looking product where one or more of these marks is missing or which is offered for a significantly lower price, the device has to be handled with utmost caution.. There are "black sheeps" offering hazardous products and even misleadingly falsify the markings. On your request we will test questionable safety device samples and will make out a test report free of charge which will withstand any possible refutation!.
