Technical data for gas manifolds

  • Gas type: acetylene. Oxygen and technical gases
  • Inlet pressure: acetylene 25 bar, all other gases up to 300 bar
  • Working pressure: acetylene 1.5 bar, all other gases up to 60 bar
  • Number of cylinders: up to 2x6 cylinders as standard
  • Number of MCP: up to 2x3 MCP as standard
  • Nominal capacity of gas flow: acetylene 5 Nm3/h up to 150 Nm3/h, oxygen and technical gases 30 Nm3/h up to 320 Nm3/h.
  • Components: mounting plate made off stainless steel, approved non return valves on all cylinder connections. All acetylene gas manifolds are equipped with an automatic quick action shut off valve in the high pressure zone.
  • UK only – A slam-shut valve is recommended and is available as an optional extra

 

Technical data gas tapping points

  • Inlet pressure: acetylene 1.5 bar, all other gases up to 60 bar
  • Nominal capacity of gas flow: inert gas 0-30 l/min gauge, 0-14 l/min or 0-40 l/min flow-metre. Acetylene up to 15 Nm3/h, propane up to 10 Nm3/h, oxygen up to 200 Nm3/h
  • Components: connection body, shut off valve; pipeline connections that can be welded or brazed.
