Bespoke installation from modular parts
Pre assembled parts mounted on a plate
All modular components are fully tested for stability, functionality and gas tightness for 12 hours before delivery
Equipped with all necessary and approved safety devices

Gas type: acetylene. Oxygen and high pressure non corrosive gases
Inlet pressure: acetylene 25 bar, all other gases up to 300 bar
Working pressure: acetylene 0.6 bar up to 1.5 bar, all other gases up to 16 bar
Number of cylinders: up to 2x6 cylinders as standard
Number of MCP: up to 2x12 MCP as standard
Nominal capacity of gas flow: acetylene 5 Nm3/h up to 150 Nm3/h, oxygen and high pressure gases 60 Nm3/h up to 320 Nm3/h.
Components: mounting plate plastic coated or made off stainless steel. Optical and acoustic alarm

Changeover: mechanical
Gas type: Oxygen and high pressure non corrosive gases
Inlet pressure: 200 bar
Working pressure: 6 bar
Number of cylinders: up to 2x6 cylinders as standard
Number of MLP´s: up to 2x1 MLP`s as standard
Nominal capacity of gas flow: 50 Nm3/h.
Components: mounting plate made off plastic coated steel, optical or acoustic alarm (both available as optional extras). Approved non return valves on all cylinder and MCP connections.
