The high velocity Flame Spraying Gun – HVOF

Flame spraying gun TOP GUN for thermal spraying of powder, using an oxy-fuel gas flame, following the injector principle.

In cooperation with Medicoat, IBEDA offers optional TOP GUN  components according to the customer's requirements, for example control systems, powder feeders, water cooling systems, extraction units, noise protection cabins and gas manifold systems as well as work piece manipulators if required.

Areas of use/application

With the TOP GUN HVOF – sprayed coatings are used in abrasive, corrosive or oxidizing media. For example, in pumps and turbine casings or for the pertrochemistry industry, as well as for repairing parts for the aerospace industry.
