Flashback arresters

IBEDA offers flashback arresters with flame barriers and gas non-return valves. The flashback arresters GG, GT, TT and DG91UA are torch or point of use (i.e. cutting machines) flashback arresters that have the safety features of a flame barrier and a gas non-return valve, thus meeting the requirements of a flashback arrester described in EN730/ ISO5175.
The integrated flame barrier extinguishes the flashbacks and protects the valve to make sure it works safely even after a flashback. The flashback arrester model TT is a barb connection that installs a reverse flow check valve and flashback arrester in welding hose. The torch mounted or hose mounted flashback arresters prevent hazardous gas mixtures from harming the user. IBEDA offers flashback arresters for many industrial gases such as acetylene, hydrogen, methane, natural gas, propane, butane, as well as oxygen and compressed air.
