Flashback arrestors
SRT, DGN, DGNG, DG91N, DEMAX
IBEDA offers dry-type flashback arrestors with flame barriers, gas non-return valves, thermal shut-off valves and pressure-sensitive cut-off valves. The flashback arrestors SRT, DGN, DG91N and DEMAX have the safety features of a flame barrier, gas non-return valve and athermal shut-off valve, thus meeting the requirements of a flashback arrester described in EN730/ ISO5175. DEMAX is a dry-type high flow flashback arrestor that uses several DGNs in parallel connection to give users a higher gas flow. The models SR, DG, and DG91 have two built in safety functions: a flame barrier and a non-return valve. The integrated flame barrier extinguishes the flashbacks and protects the valve to make sure it works safely even after a flashback. IBEDA offers flashback arrestors for many industrial gases such as acetylene, hydrogen, methane, natural gas, propane, butane, as well as oxygen and compressed air.
